Ordering Guide

To enhance your experience with our edible image printing, please follow the steps below. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Ordering Details

  • Orders must be paid in full before printing
  • Processing time: 2–3 business days
  • All orders must be placed in advance. We are unable to accept last-minute or rush orders.
  • Pickup: Monday–Saturday (Closed Sundays)
  • Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM will be ready the following week
  • No printing on Friday after 12 PM, weekends, or holidays
  • Select PICK UP or SHIP at checkout
  • Pickup location: 21851 Sherman Way, Canoga Park, CA 91303
  • Email notification sent when your order is ready (please check spam before calling)
  • Please provide us with a phone number and email to reach you with any questions.
  • Laser-cut image services available for an additional fee (select option at checkout)

Before You Upload

  • Images print exactly as uploaded—please double-check for errors
  • Use sharp, clear, high-resolution images
  • Avoid blur, shadows, reflections, poor lighting, or tilted photos
  • Remove borders, hands, pets, clutter, watermarks, dates, and unwanted text
  • Know your dessert size before ordering

Submitting Images

  • Preferred formats: JPEG, PDF, or TIFF (No Excel files)
  • Add notes in cart with name, phone number, and any special instructions
  • Additional fees may apply for editing, resizing, or reformatting

Color Notice

  • Printed edible images may not exactly match screen colors

File Issues

  • If your file won’t open, we will contact you once
  • If no response is received within 24 hours, the order will not be printed

**Important Information on Edible Images:**

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:
Please note that refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for edible images.

Final Confirmation:
Once you confirm an image for printing, you cannot make any further changes. If you request additional changes after printing, you will need to purchase another page.

BE AS CLEAR & SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE!
Customization, reformatting, resizing, or altering files will incur additional charges.

Quality Assurance:
While we strive to print your images at the highest quality possible, we cannot guarantee that faint lines or smudges will not appear on the final product.

No Exceptions:
These policies are firm and do not allow for exceptions.

** All images are examples to demonstrate the size. **
Please allow us sufficient time to process your order. While we request 2-3 business days for fulfillment, we will do our best to complete it as soon as possible! Images can be picked up from Monday to Saturday. Please note that any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will not be ready for pickup until the following week.
** No prints will be made on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays  **

Please submit your image in JPEG, PDF, or TIFF format. Please, NO EXCEL files.
We offer sheets that are approximately 8” x 10.5” and/ or 10.5” x 16.5”.
**All images provided are examples meant to demonstrate the size.** 

If you have special requests, please include notes in the "Order Special Instructions" section in your cart. Please be as specific as possible with your requests!
Note: customizations, reformatting, resizing, or altering the provided file will incur an additional charge. 

Once your image has been printed and is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email. If you do not receive our message, please check your SPAM folder. All orders can be picked up at 21851 Sherman Way, Canoga Park, CA 91303. We also offer shipping options!
