To enhance your experience with our edible image printing, please follow the steps below. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Ordering Details
• Orders are accepted through our website only. We do not take orders via email, WhatsApp, text, DM, carrier pigeon, or smoke signals 😉
• Full payment is required before printing.
• Processing time: 2–3 business days.
• All orders must be placed in advance. No rush or last-minute orders.
• Pickup: Monday–Saturday (Closed Sundays).
• Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM will be ready the following week.
• No printing after 12 PM on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.
• Select PICK UP or SHIP at checkout.
• Pickup location: 21851 Sherman Way, Canoga Park, CA 91303
• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (please check spam before calling).
• Please provide a valid phone number and email in case we need to contact you.
• Laser-cut image services available for an additional fee (select at checkout).
• Laser-cut means we cut out the images for you. If not selected, your images will not be cut out.

Before You Upload
Be clear. Be specific. Be detailed. The clearer you are, the smoother the magic.
• Customization, resizing, reformatting, or altering files will incur additional charges. We do not have a graphic designer in-house, so please keep customizations to a minimum.
• Sending multiple images? Tell us exactly how many prints you need of each and the sizes you need them. We love cake magic — but we can’t read minds.
• Images print exactly as uploaded — please double-check spelling, dates, and details.
• Crop your image before uploading.
• Use sharp, clear, high-resolution photos.
• Avoid blur, shadows, reflections, poor lighting, or tilted images.
• Remove borders, hands, pets, clutter, watermarks, dates, and unwanted text.
• Know your dessert size before ordering and let us know what size you need your images — we don’t know what you’re baking!
PLEASE SEND THE ACTUAL IMAGE YOU WANT PRINTED.
DO NOT upload a photo of a cake, cookie, or another printed image and ask us to replicate it. Please send the original image you would like printed.

DO NOT send a photo of a photo.

The better the image quality you upload, the better — and faster — your print will be.

Please limit modification requests.

Image quality directly affects print quality.

Submitting Images
• Preferred formats: JPEG, PDF, or TIFF (No Excel files).
• Add notes in your cart with your name, phone number, and special instructions.
• Editing, resizing, or reformatting may result in additional fees.
File Issues
• If your file does not open, we will contact you once via email.
• If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will not be printed.

**Important Edible Image Policies**
• No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
• All edible image sales are final.
Proofs & Final Approval
• Due to our high order volume, proofs are not automatically provided.
• Proofs are sent only upon request, and requesting one will extend production time.
• Once you approve an image for printing, no further changes can be made.
• If changes are requested after printing, a new page must be purchased.
Color Notice
• Printed edible images may not match screen colors exactly.
• Frosting sheets are NOT bright white but are ivory and will affect the image.
Quality Assurance
• We print at the highest quality possible, but faint lines or minor smudges may occasionally occur.
