• Orders must be paid in full before printing.
• Processing: 2–3 business days.
• Pickup: Mon–Sat (closed Sundays).
• No printing after Fridays at 12 PM or on weekends.
• Orders received after Friday 12 PM will be ready the following week.

• Images print exactly as uploaded. Double‑check for errors.
• Use sharp, clear, high‑resolution files.
• Avoid poor lighting, blur, shadows, reflections, or tilted photos.
• Crop out borders, hands, pets, and clutter.
• Remove watermarks, dates, and unwanted text.
• Know your dessert size before ordering.

Submitting Images

• Almost any file format is accepted. However, we'd prefer your image in JPEG, PDF, or TIFF format. Please, NO EXCEL files.
• Add notes in cart 
• Include name, phone number, and any special instructions.
• Extra charges may apply for editing, resizing, or reformatting.

Color Notice: Edible inks and icing sheets will not match screen colors exactly.

If Your File Won’t Open: we will contact you once. If no reply within 24 hours, we’ll print as‑is or refund if the file cannot be opened.

• Store sealed at room temperature; keep away from heat and sunlight.
• Do not refrigerate or freeze.
• Peel backing carefully; if sticky, let it air‑dry briefly.
• Apply directly to buttercream, fondant, or chocolate.
• Use piping gel or edible glue if needed (never water).
• Smooth gently and trim edges as needed.

Pre‑Cut Images

• Peel each image individually, or peel the backing sheet to release all cuts.

Uncut Sheets

• Remove backing, then cut using scissors, craft knife, or a matching circle punch.

Storage Sheets stay fresh up to 6 months when sealed and dry.

• No refunds on edible images.
• Once approved, images cannot be changed.
• New edits require purchasing a new sheet.
• Minor lines or smudges may appear.
• All policies are final.
• We’re sorry, but we are unable to accept last-minute or rush orders.
