Edible Image Printing
Everything You Need to Know Before You Order

Please read this page before placing your order. Following these guidelines will help us process your order accurately and efficiently.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
1. Upload the actual image you want printed.
We need the original image file, please do not send a photo of something you want us to recreate.
2. Know the size you want. We need the Height × Width of the image you want printed.
3. Upload the best-quality image you have. Higher-quality images produce better prints.
4. Need us to cut your images? Select “Add Laser Cutting” at checkout.
5. Need a custom shape or size? Select the “Custom Size & Shape” item when ordering.
6. Need your order by a specific date?
Please plan ahead. We do not offer same-day or rush orders.

HOW TO ORDER
All edible image orders must be placed through our website.

• We do not accept orders by phone, email, text, WhatsApp, or DM.
• Full payment is required before printing.
• Please provide a valid email address and phone number with your order.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–3 business days.

We typically complete orders as quickly as possible, but please plan according to the full processing time.
NO SAME-DAY OR RUSH ORDERS.

Friday Cutoff

Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM will be processed the following week.
No printing is done after 12 PM on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.

PICKUP OR SHIPPING
At checkout, you can choose PICK UP or SHIP. 
IMPORTANT: SHIPPING IS THE DEFAULT
If you want to pick up your order at the store, you must select PICK UP at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready.
Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us about your order.

Please include your name, phone number, email, and any important instructions in your order notes.

YOUR IMAGE
Please Upload the Actual Image
We print the image you upload.
We cannot recreate an image from a photograph of a finished product.

Please DO NOT upload:

• Screenshots
• Photos of cakes
• Photos of cookies
• Photos of previously printed edible images
• Photos of a photo
• Photos of an image displayed on another screen
• Photos of printed materials

We need the original image file you want printed.

IMAGE QUALITY MATTERS
Please upload the highest-resolution image possible.
The quality of your file directly affects the quality of your edible print.

For the best results:

• Use a sharp, clear, high-resolution image.
• Crop your image before uploading.
• Remove unwanted borders and backgrounds.
• Remove hands, pets, clutter, watermarks, dates, and unwanted text.
• Avoid blurry images.
• Avoid shadows and reflections.
• Avoid poor lighting.
• Avoid tilted or distorted images.

Please Check Your Image
Before submitting your order, double-check:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Numbers
• Colors
• Any other important details

Images are printed as uploaded.

IMAGE SIZE
We need to know the size you want your image to be.
Please provide: Height × Width
Please do not provide the dessert size.
Give us the dimensions you want for your edible image.

Need a Custom Size or Shape?
Select “Custom Size & Shape” when ordering.
Ordering more than one image?
Please tell us:

• How many copies of each image you need
• What size each image should be

Please include these details in the notes section of your order.

EDITING & CUSTOMIZATION
Please upload your image ready to print.
We do not provide graphic design or create custom images.
Simple file adjustments may be possible, but editing, resizing, reformatting, or other modifications may result in an additional fee.

The more complete your file is when you upload it, the faster we can process your order.

ACCEPTED FILE TYPES
We recommend:

• JPEG
• PNG
• TIFF
• PDF

Excel files are not accepted.

FILE PROBLEMS
If we cannot open your file, we will contact you once by email.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your order will not be printed.

LASER CUTTING
Want us to cut your images out for you?Select “Add Laser Cutting” 

If you select Laser Cutting:
We will cut your images according to the option you selected.
If you do NOT select Laser Cutting:
Your images will be printed only and will not be cut out.

We do not offer proofing.
Requesting a proof will extend your production time.
Once you approve your proof for printing, no additional changes can be made.
If changes are requested after printing, a new page must be purchased.

COLOR & PRINTING
Please keep in mind that edible printing can look slightly different from what you see on your screen.

Printed colors may not exactly match the colors displayed on your phone, computer, or tablet.
Our frosting sheets are ivory, not bright white.
This can affect the appearance of colors in your final print.

We print at the highest quality possible. However, faint lines or minor smudges may occasionally occur.

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING
Before placing your order, make sure you have:

• Uploaded the actual image you want printed
• Uploaded the highest-quality file available
• Checked spelling, names, dates, and other details
• Selected the correct image size
• Specified quantities for multiple images
• Selected Custom Size & Shape if needed
• Selected Add Laser Cutting if you want your images cut
• Selected PICK UP if you do not want your order shipped
• Allowed 2–3 business days for processing

FINAL SALE POLICY
All edible image sales are final.
Because edible images are custom printed specifically for each order:

• No refunds
• No returns
• No exchanges

Please review your image, size, quantity, and order details carefully before submitting your order.

All orders must be picked up within 3 months of the order’s ready date. Orders not picked up within 3 months of the ready date will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
